An information meeting was held for our staff by unit managers on the effective use of the performance management system. During the meeting, the operation of the performance management system, the importance of performance evaluation from both institutional and individual perspectives, and the benefits provided by this process were discussed in detail.

Through the presentations delivered, awareness was raised to encourage our staff to participate consciously and actively in all stages of the performance management process. The meeting is expected to contribute to strengthening a performance-oriented culture across the organization.
