The second Steering Committee (SC) meeting of the CARESEA project was held in Trabzon on March 13-14. The project, jointly carried out by five countries (Georgia, Greece, Moldovia, Romania and Türkiye), has completed its second period, and developments over the past eight months were shared. Mr. Cosmin Ungureanu, Project Officer of the Joint Secretariat for the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme, also attended the project meeting online. The two-day meeting concluded with project partners exploring the city and taking a tour of Sumela Monastery in their free time, leaving Trabzon with fond memories. The next CARESEA meeting will be held in Thessaloniki in October 2025.
