Established by international students studying at our university, the Debate Club held its regular executive board meeting in the event hall of the Office of International Relations. During the meeting, the club’s activity plan for the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year was discussed in detail. Scheduling arrangements were made for the debate sessions, training workshops, and internal organizational events to be held in the coming weeks. In addition, strategic steps aimed at enhancing the club’s academic and social visibility were evaluated. Board members shared their views and suggestions regarding the content and implementation processes of the planned projects, clarifying the distribution of duties and areas of responsibility. Opportunities for collaboration and new-term objectives were also emphasized in order to strengthen a participatory and sustainable club structure. The meeting concluded with a summary of the decisions taken and a general evaluation of the upcoming term’s activities.
