Announcement for Students Who Will Complete Their Internship
Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering
In accordance with the “Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Training for Employees”, the employer of the workplace where the internship is carried out is primarily responsible for providing occupational health and safety training and information to interns. However, the same Regulation states that OHS training completed at the student’s home institution may be accepted by the internship employer as a substitute for the basic training, provided that the employer approves it.
Within this scope, it is planned that our University will provide the 16-hour “Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training” required for the “Very Dangerous Class” category. The first of the trainings planned for the 2025–2026 academic year has been completed, and the remaining sessions will be held face-to-face according to the schedule below:

No Additional Sessions Will Be Opened: No extra training programs will be organized for interns outside the specified schedule.
Attendance Requirement: In accordance with the relevant legislation, full attendance (100%) throughout the training is mandatory.
Certification: Students who do not meet the attendance requirement cannot be issued an “Attendance Record,” and therefore no certificate or training document can be provided.
