The Special Orientation Programme for Department Heads, organised to support the more effective, accurate and up-to-date implementation of postgraduate processes and procedures in accordance with current legislation, was successfully held on Thursday, 4 February at 14:30.

The programme, held in the Faculty of Science Meeting Hall, provided comprehensive information on:

• Current legislation regarding postgraduate education and training,
• Procedures carried out by the Head of Department with EBS authority,
• F1/F2 forms and the Branch System,
• The Institute Quality Management System and related processes.
• The meeting also addressed questions raised by the departments and evaluated suggestions for more effective implementation of the processes.

As the Institute of Science, we will continue to improve the quality of our postgraduate education processes and pursue continuous improvement in collaboration with our departments.

We would like to thank all Department Heads for their participation and wish them a productive term.
