A seminar organized by the Management Information Systems Department of Trabzon University was held with high student participation. Research Assistant Beyza GÜDEK, who participated as a speaker, provided a general overview of the development of the MIS field from the past to the present, its current place in the business world, and its future direction.

The seminar addressed the transformation that MIS has undergone since its inception. The opportunities for graduates to work in various software, data, analytics, and information technology-based fields today, as well as new job opportunities that may arise in the future, were also discussed.

The event was followed with great interest by the students.
