The project entitled “Production of Lignocellulosic Packaging Foam,” led by Research Assistant DoÄŸan Canbolat from our Department of Forest Industrial Engineering, has been awarded funding under the TÜBÄ°TAK 1005 – National New Ideas and Products Research Support Programme.

The research team includes Prof. Dr. Sedat Ondaral, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar Özkaya, Assist. Prof. Dr. Kemal Çakar, and Lecturer Dr. Meryem Ondaral.

By transforming lignocellulosic resources into packaging materials, the project aims to contribute to research on sustainable material development.
