KTU HackStart event, coordinated by Dr. Lecturer ÇaÄŸatay Murat YILMAZ within the scope of the Programming II course, was held on May 23, 2025 with a focus on “Software Development for Fossil Fuels and Carbon Dioxide Emissions from Industry”.

We would like to thank Elif Baykal Kablan for her support in organizing the event; Tolgahan Gülsoy and Elif Kanca Gülsoy, who volunteered at every stage of the process; Nisa Güçer and Hüsna Aydın, the relevant unit managers of KTU NextGen DEVs Club, who worked for the food and beverage organization; Phi Software, Emre Küçük, and Safa Akbulut for their financial and moral contributions; and you, dear students, who made the event meaningful with your participation.

On Wednesday, May 28th at 10:00 am, the award presentation ceremony was held with the participation of our faculty dean, Prof. Dr. Temel VAROL, vice dean Prof. Dr. Yakup Emre ÇORUHLU, head of the department Prof. Dr. Murat EKÄ°NCÄ°, and department lecturers. We congratulate all the teams participating in the event.
