Abstracts will only be accepted through the online abstract submission system on the congress website; abstracts sent by mail or fax will not be evaluated.
Before submitting a paper, you must register in the online system.
Abstracts sent to the congress can be presented in Turkish or English.
Submitters will be notified electronically that their abstracts have been received.
Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee; the suitability of the abstracts to be presented at the congress, their acceptance and the presentation format will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
In order for the abstracts to be published in the Abstracts Book, the presenting author must have completed the congress registration process.
The full-text posters presented at the congress that are uploaded to the Farabi Journal of Medicine (a national peer-reviewed journal indexed in EBSCO and other international databases) and subsequently accepted for publication following the journal’s peer-review process will be published in the first issue of the journal to be released after the congress.
