In KTU School of Foreign Languages governance model the principles of consistency, transparency, fairness, accountability and participation are adopted. Based on these principles, an organizational chart was created, job descriptions were determined and made accessible to internal and external stakeholders. In order to ensure the diversity, institutionality and continuity of the boards, the School Board and the School Board of Directors were established. All administrative processes are carried out by board decisions. Necessary improvements are made in line with the reports coming from academic and administrative units.  The ideas and opinions of internal and external stakeholders form the basis of improvements to be made. The student representation mechanism is actively operated in our institution.
