The 3rd CARESEA Steering Committee (SC) meeting was held in Thessaloniki at Aristotle University between October 28–31. The meeting, attended by project partners, lasted for three days. During the sessions, there was an intensive exchange of ideas regarding project outputs, challenges, and objectives.

On the other hand, the research findings of our CARESEA project on the detection and seasonal distribution of micro/macro plastic pollution in the Çoruh Basin, as well as the ÇaÄŸlayan and Arılı Streams, will be shared with the local community and stakeholders on November 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Halk Merkezi in Fındıklı, and with students on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM at ÇaÄŸlayan Secondary School. The research findings related to the Çoruh Basin will subsequently be shared with the local community.
