Foreign exchange students should contact the International Relations Office.
Insurance: Please review your insurance policy to understand the procedure for terminating your contract and any potential reimbursements.
Housing: If you have opted for on-campus accommodation, please inform the International Relations Office of your planned departure in advance. They will guide you through the necessary steps to vacate your room.
Utility Subscriptions: You do not need to cancel any utility subscriptions (such as electricity, gas, wireless internet, etc.) for your on-campus accommodation, as these are part of KTU?s housing services. However, if you have any personal subscriptions, it is your responsibility to cancel them.
Library: Please ensure that you return any books you have borrowed from the library. You can log into your library account to check the list of books currently checked out under your name at KTU Library.
Bank Account: You may visit your bank to close your bank account. Please note that in most cases, this can also be done online, without needing to visit the bank in person.
KTU Store is the university's on-campus gift shop. You can visit the store to purchase KTU merchandise and souvenirs.
