As part of the Science, Culture, and Arts Week (BKS’26) organized at our university between May 16-22, 2026, the 10th KTU and Career Promotion Fair, which will be held on May 21-22, 2026 at the Prof. Dr. Osman Turan Culture and Convention Center, will welcome students and visitors who wish to make informed university and career choices.

The “10th KTU and Career Promotion Fair” is organized to help middle school and high school students studying in Trabzon and neighboring provinces learn more about the professions and academic programs they wish to pursue during their transition to higher education. Academic and administrative staff from the relevant units and departments of our university will take part in the event.

At the fair, stands established by departments affiliated with the Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Letters, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Of Technology Faculty, Faculty of Forestry, Faculty of Health Sciences, Sürmene Faculty of Marine Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, as well as Araklı Ali Cevat Özyurt Vocational School, Arsin Vocational School, Maçka Vocational School, Vocational School of Health Services, Sürmene Abdullah Kanca Vocational School, and Trabzon Vocational School under our university, will provide an environment where visitors and students can obtain detailed information about departments and professions.

At the promotional stands, equipped with products representing the concrete outcomes of the education provided in various departments and units of our university, students will receive comprehensive presentations about the related departments and professions. Students will also have the opportunity to interact directly with academics from the relevant departments and obtain information about all the topics they are curious about.

Our Rector, Hamdullah Çuvalcı, who visited the fair, stated: “Through the 10th KTU and Career Promotion Fair organized at our university, we aim to provide guidance services to our students in their career choices and career planning processes. At the fair, we plan to provide students who are in the process of transitioning to higher education with detailed information about our institution and the programs offered at our university, while helping them gain a visionary perspective and encouraging them to choose our university for their future studies.”
