Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI, hosted Minister of Justice Yılmaz TUNÇ in his office.

Minister of Justice Yılmaz TUNÇ, who came to Trabzon to participate in a series of programs, met with our University Rector Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI at the Rectorate office. The visit included Trabzon Governor Aziz YILDIRIM, Trabzon Chief Public Prosecutor Sedat ÇELÄ°K, Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Murat ZORLUOÄžLU, Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Atilla ATAMAN, Ortahisar Municipality Mayor Lawyer Ahmet Metin GENÇ, Trabzon University Rector Prof. Dr. Emin AÅžIKKUTLU, AK Party Trabzon Provincial Chairman Dr. Sezgin MUMCU, representatives of public institutions, and representatives of non-governmental organizations. During the visit, our Rector Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI provided Minister Yılmaz TUNÇ with information about the activities carried out at our university.

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI, stated, "Our University, which prioritizes quality education, continues to put its signature under every undertaken and planned effort for the development of our city, region, and country, aiming to remain a pioneering institution." During the visit, Minister of Justice Yılmaz TUNÇ emphasized the deep-rooted status of KTU as a higher education institution, congratulating Rector Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI and the entire KTU community for the academic achievements and the university's efforts in integrating with the city and region.
