The I. Graduate Student Congress in Social Sciences, organized by KTU Graduate School of Social Sciences on December 7-8, 2023, took on the theme of "Social Sciences in the 100th Year of the Republic."

The congress, held at the Osman Turan Culture and Congress Center, was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Cemil RAKICI, Director of the Graduate School of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Celal KurtuluÅŸ BURUK, Dean of the Faculty of Arts Prof. Dr. Alaaddin YALÇINKAYA, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Prof. Dr. Atila DOÄžAN, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. NeÅŸe KAKLIKKAYA, along with numerous academics and students.

The first day of the congress aimed to bring together graduate students who examine issues in the field of Social Sciences within the framework of different disciplines and to create a platform for discussion in line with scientific developments. Prof. Dr. Syeda Arzu WASTI conducted a training session titled 'Making Quality Publications' for students. On the second day of the congress, nine presentations were delivered by graduate students from both our university and other institutions, and three sessions were held where these presentations were evaluated and discussed by expert academicians in the field.
