The undergraduate program in Mathematics at our Faculty of Science has been accredited by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of University Programs in Mathematical, Natural and Social Sciences (FEDEK) for a period of 3 years and 5 months.

Our Department of Mathematics has been accredited by FEDEK. In the letter sent by FEDEK to our Faculty of Science, it is stated that "Accreditation has been granted to the Undergraduate Program at the Department of Mathematics (day time education) for a period of 3 years and 5 months." Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI, expressed that with this accreditation, the quality and success of the Mathematics Department have been officially approved, saying, "I would like to share with great pride and happiness that our Mathematics Department at the Faculty of Science has been accredited by FEDEK. This accreditation recognizes and approves the quality and success of our Mathematics Department officially."

Our Rector, emphasizing the recognition and quality of our Department of Mathematics, stated, "The FEDEK Accreditation Certificate, which documents the reliability, quality, and recognition of the Mathematics Undergraduate Program, an important part of our Faculty of Science, has enabled us to raise our standards even further. I would like to thank all our academics in the relevant department for their efforts and diligent work. I wish the accreditations to be beneficial to our students and departments. As the Department of Mathematics, we aim not only for academic excellence but also for the individual development and success of our students. This accreditation shows that we are on the right track to achieve our goals."
